Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
2. Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Australia: 5-12 business days
- United Kingdom:6-12 business days
- United States: 6-14 business days
- All other destinations: 5-10 business days
Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs processing, local courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, worldwide.
4. Duties, Taxes & Import Charges
Depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. LUNARA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
