Refund policy

Returns

 

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

 

To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll provide instructions for sending the item back.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

 

Return shipping

 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we'll cover the cost.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

 

Exchanges

 

We don't currently offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
